Nicki Trench on What Be the Woman Online Course & Community Has Done for Her...

I kind of thought maybe I was stuck, you know you get a bit stuck in your life. You know you're stuck but you don't know what to do about it. I think what it's done is given me a lot to think about and ways of moving out of that. It's like opening up a wide gate and seeing all the other possibilities there are, where you think there aren't any possibilities...It got me off my laziness and made me think.

Nick Trench on What Kind of Women Would Benefit Most...

It can be just really good for anybody at any time in their life at all. I keep thinking it would be really good for my daughter, who's only 17, as well as being good for me and I'm 50, so I think it would just be a wonderful course for anybody at any age.

Nicki Trench on the Changes in Her Relationships...

Definitely, it's made me look at other people in my life and made me think about them and made me value them more...All the time you listen to Guru Kaur's messages...it's just a really good time to be able to reflect and think and so many things she says ring true, ring a bell, in my life and I'm sure in anybody's life. They kind of apply to everybody. It's really good to hear that.

Nicki Trench on Her Favourite Parts of Be the Woman...

Loads of things really. It was really good to have the daily message from Guru Kaur. I really looked forward to listening to her every morning....To have a message at the beginning of the day, I found that really helpful...Having such great thoughts and advice was just really good. The other thing I really like is the Inner Circle. It gives you a really good sense of community...To be able to contact other people and hear about their experiences of what they were going through, I really enjoyed that.

Nick Trench on How It's Just for Women...

The other thing I really loved particularly about the course. Where I've sort of thought about doing courses before, I'd been put off by the very masculine approach. I just loved the way this was just geared towards the women so it really fit well. It made me feel very unthreatened and it was done in a way that just appealed to me as a woman.
